About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEAN Stack Developer to lead the development of our core IoT platform, FactoryMetrics. You will architect scalable solutions that process millions of real-time data points from factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency APIs using Node.js.
• Build intuitive dashboards using Angular (Latest Version).
• Optimize MongoDB aggregation pipelines for time-series data.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3).

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MEAN stack.
• Strong understanding of WebSocket/MQTT protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

About the Role

Join our R&D team to design the next generation of industrial gateways and sensors. You will work directly on hardware that connects legacy machines to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32).
• Implement communication protocols: Modbus, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C.
• Optimize code for low power consumption and real-time performance.
• Collaborate with cloud teams for secure MQTT/HTTPS communication.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and RTOS.
• Experience with KiCad or Altium for PCB review.
• Hands-on experience with soldering and hardware debugging tools (Logic Analyzer, DSO).
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT protocols is a plus.

About the Role

We need a persuasive storyteller who understands technology. You will be the bridge between our complex Industry 4.0 solutions and factory owners looking to modernize.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads in the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct technical demos of FactoryMetrics to plant heads and CEOs.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech background preferred (Electronics/TC/CS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for demos.
• Self-starter with a hunger to meet sales targets.

About the Role

An excellent opportunity for freshers (Diploma or Degree holders) to start their career in Industrial IoT. You will be the face of Hiotron at client sites, ensuring our systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client factories for installation of IoT Gateways and Sensors.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware.
• Provide on-site training to machine operators on using our dashboard.
• Report technical issues back to the R&D team in Pune.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or E&TC.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, sensors, and multimeters.
• Willingness to travel to industrial sites (local & outstation).
• Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
